McMaster has a very good programme. If you want to live in Vancouver then have a look at Simon Fraser. Also, Waterloo and Queen's have Master's degrees in science in the area of management information systems so you might want to check them out too.

The best MBA programs in Canada are at University of Western Ontario, University of Toronto and University of British Columbia.

With the exception of the three of them, you'd be better off at a school in the US.
