I think that they're both horrible. An innocent person sent to jail is stupid. But, it DOES depend on how long they're sentanced to. It's also bad if you let a murderer out of jail, because he's just most likely going to start killing people again. Truthfully, I can't make up my mind...

worst is having an innocent person sent to prison because the guilty person is still running free while someone else is being punished

Damn... Never thought about it that way... I If you think about it... If the innocent person is sent to jail... it's just like a criminal being set free. So I really don't know..

an innocent person sent to prison if it were pertains to one's self because justice wasn't served...talking about others, a criminal set free because they can be out and reoffend.
