Richard Dreyfuss...because he is extremely talented & versatile! He can do comedy or drama. Harrison Ford, Denzel Washington, Bruce Willis, Tom Hanks and Tommy Lee Jones, too - all are great actors for the same reason.
Julian McMahon is hot, but his acting skills leave much to be desired since he's generally cast into the same type of roles. Viggo is hot, so is Hugh Jackman...
