How can we restrict the waves i.e., teleophone or mobile waves not entering in a private place or building?

Please give me information how can one restrict the waves of telephone not entering in private places. Or give me the website that sufpports my question.
So that the mobiles inside the private place may not able to receive the call if they get, how can this possible?
