Please give me information how can one restrict the waves of telephone not entering in private places. Or give me the website that sufpports my question.
So that the mobiles inside the private place may not able to receive the call if they get, how can this possible?

Cellular service transmitts through the air just like radio waves. Certain structures prevent the signal from getting through. I am not aware of any commercial product that can block a cell phone signal. In addition

In the United States, cell-phone jamming is covered under the Communications Act of 1934, which prohibits people from "willfully or maliciously interfering with the radio communications of any station licensed or authorized" to operate.
