i'm selling house and using mail forward co to get mail but dmv wants to see proof,like electric bill,ect?

As mentioned in your other question, get a mailbox at a mail services (or use the one you have if that is appropriate), then have your cell phone bill sent there, and use that as your permanent address. Most mail services companies have addresses that look like apartment complex addresses, like "450 South 10th #246" as an example. If yours does not, find one that does. Should work fine!
