In terms of the US, I would say Britain and Japan. Both are islands located next to major continents (Europe and Asia, respectively), have strong freedoms & democratic governments, and are advanced when it comes to technology.

U.s=Will give resourses yet they can't help their own country...
Britain=Will give the Brit Commando's and some bull...
Russsia= Will supply jets and warheads...
N. Korea= Bull and Warheads..
S. Korea= Will give whinning....
China and Japan= Give you technology & overpopulation...
Mexico= will give you illegals, "hey Jose heres a twenty"
Canda= Will give you troops and an "aye"
And so forth and so forth.....
