It depends on which program you enter Wachovia under. If you just answered any old ad, anywhere from $20k to $26 for the starting salary. If you are entering thru the limited employment program (max of 18 months employment) the salary is $30k to $40k. If you have a MBA or similar type of degree you can earn an extra $6k.

Wachovia is hiring here in Napa, CA. A teller makes about $24K, a higher job there runs around $40K if not more depending on experience.
