ln (e^3x) >= ln (21)
3x * ln(e) >= ln (21)
3x >= 3.0445
x >= 1.0148

when multiply e and the natural log ln it cancels the e out so multiply ln to both sides

ln e^3x >/= ln21
3x >/=ln21
x>/=(ln21)/3

e^3x => 21
ln e^3x => ln 21
3x => ln 21
x => (ln21)/3
