It's really hurting to hear that Fleming stepped down as the Captain of Kiwis! He has done all his best to bring his team to the Semi-finals. Before few years, New Zealand was a team like Scotland and Ireland and it was very poor.... Later, Under Fleming as the Captain, the team lightened!! Now, he brought his team to the semi-finals.A salute to the longest serving Captain in Cricket history, the Kiwis Legend, Stephen Fleming. He's the best captain ever!! Besides him, Jacob Oram or Vettori is better to head the team....

Stephen Fleming has only stepped down from the captaincy for IDI. He still continues as Captain of the Test Team. Daniel Vettori is likely to take over as Captain of ODI team from Fleming.
