I think they're conceited and superficial.

What kind of **** is that to say Shakeefa??? Are we jealous or stereotyping.

Anyway... I think conceited people will never be happy. Sometimes certain personality types go hand in hand with others. I find that conceited and super-ficial people tend to compare themselves to others a lot. It's not good to compete since the race is almost always never the same.

They obviously have something missing in their lives. Being concieted and super-ficial is not a good thing. It would be better to be confident and with good taste.

OOh i love this ? because it's fun to talk about people who give us a good reason to hate them. I kinda feel sorry for them cause all of the concieted superficial people I know are not really happy, maybe because they spend too much time trying to impress ppl and they always look like they have a needle up their @ ss But I sorta like them 'cause if no one was concieted or superficial I wouldn't have an easy target to make fun of~!!!!

They, for some reason, feel that they are more worth-while then another person because, perhaps, they can afford the $1000 Gucci shoes, or some other name brand item. It's ridiculous and utterly disgusting. Or perhaps they feel that they are more better looking than another person and look dwn their nose at them. Geez. I hate people like this. They need to get a life. Character and actions, NOT Money and looks determine your worth.

I think that a lot of them are rude and in actualality aren't any better than the next person. I use to have a best friend like this and needless to say there are two key words in this sentence: use to. They are not worth my time or energy. I mean who wants to be around someone that is more into themselves than things or people around them. And to have one of these people as a boyfriend or girlfriend FORGET IT!!!

I think that they are so insecure with themselves that they desperately focus their attention on how to please other people with their looks, material possessions, etc., and in the process lose sight of who they really are, and what's truly important. It seems that the people who seem to be the most superficial, self-centered, and conceited are the ones that care the most about what others will think about them. It's not real self-confidence. It's ironic that such a strong desire to be accepted and the drive for attention from other people causes them to focus so completely on themselves - that cause others to feel "turned off" or to not accept them anyway.

I think it's okay to think highly of yourself as long as you don't treat others inferior. Some people are very happy with themselves and I'm happy for them because I'm never completely happy with myself and it sucks. If you love yourself, good for you! Just don't think being beautiful makes you superior to someone else. We're all just people and all deserve a fair chance.

Not to mention, in the end, inner beauty is more precious than outer beauty!

They are exactly what you said: conceited---very much struck on themselves, all about them and very superficial because they want everyone to like them and no one gets to know the real person....they don't want to appear like they have flaws or faults of any kind. I feel sorry for them. It must be hard to be perfect all the time and look down on the rest of the world and never, ever really just get to be yourself, let your hair down, and enjoy life.

They are trapped in a body feeling worthless. They have the need to try to feel better than others by belittling those around them.

They think 'things' are what make them a better person.

Some day they find the truth when the 'things' are gone and all they have is themselves...

honestly, those are the girls and guys that in high school got liked because of their material things and now as adults they think the same rule applies. they think that the more money they have to rub in your face the better you'll think of them. they are just insecure and NEED to be looked at and given attention to validate they still exist to someone other than themselves.. of course this is just generalizing. some people really are just jerks : )
