I topped off the fluid and now it spits it out the breather. Any idea on fluid capacity or how to know when it is full enough? Any other reason why fluid would be coming out the breather?? I think I over-filled it!

--The Magnas and Sabres had a special way of checking the fluid level.
--Put the bike on the center stand.
--Remove the filler cap.
--Turn the wheel until a gear tooth is exactly even with the bottom of the hole.
--Fill with hypoid gear oil up to the gear tooth "one below" the tooth even with the hole.

There was a factory recall on the cams for this motor. Make sure the cams have been replaced or call your local dealer and see if they still honour the recall, if it has not been done. Also, because they are water-cooled, the exhaust pipes may be rusted (the pipes don't get hot enough to get rid of the condensation) check underneath if you cannot tell from the sound. Aftermarket pipes for this bike, made by Cobra, are inexpensive, look good and perform well. However, for $600.00, I would buy it, if you're not going to.
