Okay, a few details she and I had already discussed as far as what in my three bedroom home with one bath, small living room and small kitchen she would do: No windows, no dusting. Vacuuming, dishes, general pick up, disinfect the bathroom. Should take 3 to 4 hours. We had also discussed that when we settled on a price, she would start. I would pay her every two weeks, the day after I get paid, and always with cash. What would you consider fair?

We have our 2500 sq foot home with 4 b/r, l/r, d/r, f/r, kitchen and 2 1/2 baths cleaned every two weeks. The lady charges $50.00 cash and finishes in 2 hours.
I may add that we both work, no kids and the house is not messy.
She does not do the windows but vacuums, scrubs, dusts. we do our own dishes and laundry.

10 bucks an hour cash is pretty fair considering you still have to dust and do windows.

I'd say maybe $70-$75 (3.5hrs x $20/hr) assuming that she does a good job.
