Yes I looked out the window in my back door at night and I could see an object that would streak a little in the sky, go dark, sometimes blink and sometimes streak again. It became an identified flying object when I realized it was a firefly betwen the scren door and the back door.

Not been that lucky, but still look up. You want some real info? Go to www.MUFON.com as this organization has been around and public for at least 40 years and staffed by working scientists, not just Space 1999 fans or National Enquirer readers. If you are at all serious about assembling your own X-Files in the real world, Mutual UFO Network is for you and they may have a chapter in your home state. There is a symposium in August 10-12 in Denver, Colorado and to register or just get the facts, www.mufon.com/symposia.htm.
If you are a skeptic, you can meet others there as the organization welcomes both views; skeptics and believers as the "jury is still in search mode" on this issue.

Well listen to my 100% true story and you decide. I was driving with my sister down a long winding road one night. I looked up and saw red lights in the sky. I looked closer and they were in a circle. Surrounding the brim of an object. All within close proximity of eachother. The object was traditional saucer shaped. I looked and said, "Brenna look at that thing in the sky." She looked and said, "Oh my God." That was it. That was all she could say. As I mentioned earlier I said the road was curvey. Well we went around a curve that put us facing the exact same direction we where when we saw it and it was gone. The sky was completely open. Nothing could hide behind anything. It was completely barrin. Brenna looked over and said, "What the f@#% was that?" I slowly gathered my thought and said, "I think we just saw UFO." Brenna replied, "Yeah me too."

i thought it was a ufo, but it was actually something else.. but i read in a book once that if someone sees an ufo, they get sick. like a life-threatening sickness, i think. i thought it rather interesting.. in the book, they also wrote that there are some people's cases throughout the world that people have gotten sick after claiming they saw a ufo.

my boyfriend and i were sitting in my driveway at about 11pm one night (about ten years ago), just talking and minding our own business. two yellow disks suddenly caught our attention. they were traveling together -- one slightly ahead of and above the other. there was no sound. they were kind of shaking in the air. they appeared to our left and were moving across the sky. once they were directly in front of us, they stopped in the air and just sort of hovered. they were perfectly still for a few moments, and i got a pretty good look at them, although i couldn't really understand what i was seeing (they were about the size of a quarter if you hold one up in front of you). then, they started sort of "playing" with each other: they switched positions super quick, then went back to their original place. then they hovered another moment. and then, they left. they suddenly took off into the sky almost too fast for our eyes to follow. one minute they were there, the next they were streaking into the stars, simultaneously. no clue what they were but i don't think they were made in america. very cool though
