If you had to choose one soundtrack or album to reflect on your life, what would it be?

I'm a classic rocker for the most part.
But my soundtrack would have to be Sheffield by Scooter.

I grew up listening to a lot of country music when I was a kid in Nebraska, so I'd say just about any country album especially one that got a lot of radio time in the 70's and 80's. Of those, I'd have to say any album by Alabama would be a good one to pick. I really liked them when I was a kid.
When I was in college in the 90's, I listened to alternative rock more than country. My favorite band then was Jars of Clay, especially their self-titled first album.
These days, I listen to all kinds of music (except heavy metal and rap, still don't care for that stuff). If I had to pick one album today it might be a ska group like the Mighty Mighty Bosstones as I've taken a liking to ska these days.
