What kind of butterfly has a brown chrysalis?

I found a butterfly in my bed (it dropped from the celing), and decided to watch it grow. Problem is, I've never seen this kind of chrysalis before, I mean, seriously! Most of the butterflies we grow up with have green or white-ish chrysalis', don't they? So which butterfly do I have?
