I would like to elaborate on a previous person's answer.

Since your computer recongnizes your MP3 plater as a removable disk drive, all you need to do is to find the folder ( on your computer) with the music you want to transfer and copy it over to your "removable disk (E:)". It will take a few minutes to copy over so be patient and wait for all the files to copy. Once that is done you can disconnect your MP3 player from your computer and turn it on. You should find all of your music now on your MP3 player. All of my MP3 players are of this type and I love that I don't have to use any special software to transfer music.

First you must let it charge for 4 to 6 hours first - A full charge, then try it. On the screen will be a battery icon to tell you when its done.
