It is against the law in the U.S. for an employer to pay the fees for a work visa and then charge the employee for those fees. The rules for work visa's have changed considerably in the last 4 years and it is very difficult to get one, both for an employer and for an individually.
Maybe you could consider applying for work with the Disney group? They hire international people to work at Epcot and other places in Florida for their hotels and the parks. Maybe check their web site for www.disneyworld.com and see if there might be something there?

I have met people who had a sponsor and came to America and eventually started their own businesses. Many I meet have a small store or gas station.
You need to be careful about giving people money to sponsor you as this has been known to be a scam, but, there are people that do help. I would suggest you read the link and see if you can come here without a sponsor;
