Nursing. Especially administration or teaching.
If you already have a degree it would take 18 months to get a BSN. There are tons of jobs. I'd be helping people. They pay is good. Etc.

Office work and I will be doing that soon---I was a bakery for 13 years and now a stay at home mom and when I go back it will be office work--and I will be 40 this may.

I am doing both in life (being Divorced) and a possible career I have been asked to do some court room transcribing at home at my own pace and I am seriously thinking about it!
