I spotted some ich in my aquarium yesterday. The affected fish are lethargic and now getting picked on by others ( i keep South American cichlids). Because of this they are even more stressed and have fin damage. I'm in college so I have no quarantine tank. Is it save to use stress coat in conjunction with QuICK Cure or will it harm my fish and/or decrease the effectiveness of the ich medication? (I also have catfish so I'm using a half dose of QuICK Cure)

It's perfectly safe to use both together, no problems with interactions at all.

Honestly Stress coat is not needed. Stress Coat is not a medication nor is it intended to be a substitute for any medication. While treating for ich, especially using 1/2 doses do not add anything else in your tank.

Stress coat is designed to increase the mucas and you are using medicines to remove a parasite lodged beneath the slime coat.

There is no physical harm to your fish using them together, I would suggest you leave it out
