What do you do and do you like it?

Since Sept. 1993. I do accounting work and I like it very much. I just wish it paid more.

2 years and that's way to long. I'm a nurse and hate my job currently, its =not the job but th co workers who hide in rooms to watch their soaps and leave me stranded to cover their work. Never had this happen at other places but management here is so concerned with not having staff they are afraid to discipline any one. I'M LOOKING FOR A NEW JOB.

Five years in December....I work for the city. Started as a 24hr emergency dispatcher (crazy hours) then moved into Billing/Systems Control working with field operations. Now I handle the contractor we pay to read meters every month....downloading information from the handhelds, adjustments, etc. I love the work but hate the people I work with.

Since December I have worked at the Dollar Tree. [best store EVER] Everything is a dollar and I very much like being a cashier...I just don't like the fact that I end up spending an hour's worth of pay because of the great deals =-P

I have had a daycare in my house for 3 years. I love that I get to be home and take care of my kids...plus I can get some laundry done :-) But I do wish I made more money. But at least I am not paying for child care so it all evens out I guess

1 year, 9 months. I love it, I love working in the schools, counseling students, testing students and working closely with teachers and administrators to figure out what's best for the students. It's great, I'd love to do this until I retire.

I've been an attorney since 1993, but self employed since April 2004 as we as the in-house attorney for my dad's company. I love what I do.
