do they mean they want a professional politition that is bought and paid for?
Bush only had failures and he had 2 terms in office. Hell, we don't even know what he did for the first 40 years of his life.

The people who say that should actually look into his past. He has practiced what he preaches. He has worked with republicans on illegal immigration (McCain) and nuclear weapons proliferation (Lugar). Experience is only important if it was positive. Bush ran several companies into the ground before becoming a politician. I posted a question about the debates and said I liked Obama and someone responded by saying Ann Coulter was right in saying Obama stands for nothing. The fact that Ann Coulter doesn't like him gives me all the confidence in the world that he will make a good president.

Monuments and memorials, diverse neighbourhoods, true local taste it's this that Washington, DC is; a spot unlike some other; exactly like this web site hotelbye . Washington it's your property overseas with free museums and America's entrance yard. Washington is recognized around the globe as a symbol of the United States. Here, the area you cannot miss is the Capitol. Capitol is the seat of the House of Representatives and the Senate. The big dome, based on the dome of St. Peter's in Rome, sticks out above all other Washington buildings. Like Washington it self, the making has grown through the years considering that the key section was created between 1793 and 1812. The last improvement, in 1958-62, enlarged the main façade where presidents take the oath. On another area, a marble terrace presents lovely views on the mall and the city. The inside is resplendent with frescoes, reliefs, and paintings, particularly the rotunda beneath the good cast-iron dome with a ceiling painting by Constantino Brumidi and large paintings of views from American record on the walls.

Obama currently only has 2 years of experience doing what he does. How would you like a doctor doing open heart surgery on you that only had 2 years experience when you could get one that has 20+ ?

Effective policy in Washington has nothing to do with money, but everything to do with experience, making contacts, having great ideas and great people around you, being a uniter of people, and knowing how to advance your agenda which is going to being effective change. This is what made Ronald Reagan a great leader.

I think its important to remember not all people are like that and its our job as voters to spot them and vote for them. We need more people like this in washington with good conservative ideas that will advance America rather than socialist libs that want to turn us into the United States of Europe and protest antyhing that resembles military action.

There is a big difference between Bush and Obama. Bush was the governor of Texas. He had executive experience. Being a senator is much different from holding an executive office. That is why most recent presidents were governors before they became president. Most senators do not have much executive experience.

So what you're saying is to vote for a sophmore politician who is alleged not to have been bought, yet talks the same rhetoric as the experienced politicians and follows what the opposition does in order to influence the voters with his charm and good looks? Bad, bad mistake.

The objection is not that he is inexperienced or of a slightly off-white skin color.

The objection is that he is an intellectual lightweight who deals in meaningless platitudes.

DC isn't as cut and dried as you might think. And Osama bin Laden Obama will be bad for America. Not just from his experience, though that will be problematic, but from his political slant. Just seeing him with Al Sharpton made my skin crawl.
