Depends on what you want to do... an impact mission could take 10-20 hours. For an orbital mission, it could take 4-5 days. The deciding factor is the amount of fuel you can carry. If you want to get there fast, you'll have to slow down a LOT - which means burning fuel. If you want to go just fast enough to 'park' into an orbit, you won't need to bring so much fuel, but you'll need to go quite a bit slower.

it's about 250000 miles to the moon. If you are going 17000 mph, then that 238000/17000 = 14 hours. But you probably have to take into account that you will be orbiting earth and it will not be a straight shot to the moon and take off and landings.
