I wish I could! I gave blood last year and I drank so much water the week before I was ready to puke.....I just can't do it! Maybe if it's a hot day but to drink 8 glasses a day is impossible to me. When I do drink water I prefer Poland Springs BUT they don't have that in the south, they have Zephyr Hills.....or something like that. If I want to spend the extra $ I would definitely opt for Figi.

Yes I drink water and I normally drink filtered or bottled water, not really by choice, but its the always available so I drink it. I usually drink about 2-4 liters of water a day. Drinking water has a myriad of benefits:
Drinking water helps nearly every part of the human body function. Considering that our flesh vessels are almost 50-80% water, depending on how much body fat you have, understanding its important role in our lives can be a fountain of health. Water makes up more than 75% of your brain, 80% of your blood and 70% of lean muscle. Absolutely every system in the human body depends on water. H2O regulates body temperature, removes wastes, carries much-needed oxygen and nutrients to your cells, helps cushion your joints, prevents chronic constipation, alleviates the burden on your already-stressed kidneys and liver, helps reduce headaches and dizziness, aids in digestion and dissolves vitamins, minerals and other nutrients so you can utilize them better.

I drink a lot of water, nothing fancy, just plain water. I have a Brit water filter pitcher or I drink the water from the water cooler at work. Also drink three cups of coffee in the morning.

I drink about 3-6 cups a day. I drink bottled water cause the tap water tastes like chlorine.

I drink 8-10 glasses a day and it is from the ice maker so in essence it is tap water. I refuse to buy bottled water!

Plain old tap water. I drink about 48 ounces a day. I make it a practice to have a glass of tea am and pm and then water the rest of the day.

Yep! I keep a case of purified water in my refrigerator at all times. My daughter tends to drink more...because it's portable. I have a gallon of distilled water in my refrigerator, too...for those times...that I am parched. I drink herbal teas at work. I treat myself to a San Pellegrino (mineral water) ever other day or so...it tastes good and I like the natural bubbles. I stopped drinking sodas and milk. I noticed I had dropped a considerable amount of weight by upping my water intake to approx. 8 (8oz.) glasses a day. I drink beer sometimes and follow the next day w/extra glasses of water to ward of dehydration. And, iced coffee in the morning....so ...I drink alot!
