It is important to identify and regularly review the needs of office users so any workers who are poorly trained in a certain area can be given training to enable them to work more confidently and efficiently.
An office worker who may be struggling to organise their home life as well as hold down a job may benefit from a change to their working hours this would ease stress at home and enable the worker to concentrate at work increasing their standards of work.

in most company's they have in place a KSF(knowledge and skills framework), each one is personal to the individual employee and is typically reviewed yearly at a meeting with you and tour employer. At this meeting you will highlight your strengths and weaknesses and set achievable goals to enhance your performance. This might be participating in training , altering your work hours or even a change of job within the company.

identifying a problem, reviewing the problem to ensure goals are being achieved and implementing a system to positively enhance the employees weakness are all crucial to a high level of effective work from the company.
