Yes, I do have a will! 24 isn't too young, there is no age for that because you never know what could happen! One day we're here and the next day we're not so yes, you should make a will!

Never too young to plan your affairs. My kids get everything. I'm an organ donor, my body goes to science so the funeral home doesn't rip off my family and to train the future doctors of the world and I don't want a funeral, I want an irish wake with food and partying! Mine's not written but my family's aware of my wishes.

I have thought about writing a will or having one written up
for me. (im 36 with 2 kids). And I know at my age I really
should have it done but I keep putting it off. I think you
should have one done now because you never know
how long your going to be here. And you can always
change it.

write a will at whatever age you think you have something worth passing on, or whenever you have strong opinions about it. It's not too late until you are dead and it's never really too early either, you just need to make sure you update it periodically or you'll leave your entire cd collection to an old boyfriend that you don't talk to anymore.

If you have assests like a home, life insurances, children, you need a will or everything goes into probate which can take a year or more to process but you want to provide for your family in the meantime. If you're single, no assets you don't need a will yet unless you want to leave your car to a favorite nephew.

No. it's not too young. Just ask the students @ VT. Yes, I have one (I am 45) but I have had mine since I was 21. Made some changes throughout the years, but I have one.

I don't think you're ever too young as long as you have assets. you don't want everything you own going into the courts and have people fighting over it. You hate to think about something happening, but you should be prepared.

Anyone with children, regardless of the parents' age, should have a will to protect the children. And anyone over 30, with or without children, should have a will.
