If so, how did it affect your life?

Yes I have read it and found it a good bit inspiring in its message, although a lot of these "can-do" types of books can get a bit annoying because I never have the sense that they are talking to me about my situation. Sure, it is fine for David Ponder to lose everything and then to rebuild it all, but can I really do that? Still I like it and would recommend it to anyone who is down on their luck and seeing no way out.
