We see this in the news all the time the governament of US or Iraq hidding the real figures of casualties (US, or coalition or Iraqi). Is there anyway to find out the REAL number of losses?

this is something we will never know and bush doesn't know either because he can't count that high.
Maybe Bush should be required by law as the President of the United States to attend the funeral of every fallen soldier.... After all Bush is the one who put him/her there just for his agenda after all of his lies. I wonder how he can sleep every night with all of the innocent blood dripping from his hands

It's my understanding that the real casualty numbers are far more than what gets reported. This, apparently, is due to two factors:
1) The U.S. only reports the number of U.S. soldiers killed in Iraq (to date, about 3,300) - but that count doesn't include almost ten times as many soldiers who have been shipped home from Iraq and then died as a result of their injuries. There supposedly is a special section in the Arlington National Cemetery that honors these fallen heroes;
2) The number of Iraqis killed is difficult to ascertain, due to the chaotic confusion between so many insurgencies; however, those numbers, too, are suspected of being far more than can be reliably reported. Numbers range from as little as 60,000 to more than 675,000 people have died as a result of this unconstitutional and illegal 'war' which the U.S.A. perpetrated on a nation that in no way threatened, provoked or attacked the U.S. -RKO- 04/25/07

He paid and yet those damn christians showed up at his funeral and protested his death. I spent a night in jail for breaking ones jaw another sholder and anothers nose. paid 1200 dollar fine. You have no idea how hard it was to explain that to my kids they where at the funeral.
