Everyone is different and also, depends on how long you have been taking the pill. I was on the pill for 11 yrs and got pregnant within 3 months with my first. I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child and I was on the pill for only 2 months...I got pregnant the next month after stopping the pill!

You will most likely start ovulating again right after you stop your pill. The pill doesn't have a 'waiting' period when it comes to ovulating. I got pregnant on the pill so I sure didn't have any problems with that.

They say the average for pregnancy to happen could possibly be 4 to 6 months after the pill. I had gotten pregnant right around 4 months after the pill.
But then again there are people who it happens to right away. It just depends on your body.

It is different for everyone, however my doctor told me it can take up to a year. So if you don't get your period for a while it is normal. A close friend of mine stopped in Dec. and still has not had a period.

It could be a couple of weeks or a couple of months. No one can say for sure.
