Dan Marino over Joe Montana. Montana had Rice who could catch a ball blindfolded and with both hands tied behind his back. Marino carried lousy teams on his back for years.

Impossible to answer. Each QB has played with different cirumstances. Think about it. If Dan Marino was surrounded by the offensive talent and the Bill Walsh game plan he probably would have won at least 4 superbowls.
