Can someone tell me what is given with the Calculus AB test, i.e. formulas, identities?

You can actually go to the A.P website and see a practice version of the test which includes the sheet of formulas and identities that you are curious about.

I have no idea what the Calculus AB test is, but for general level calculus you will probably need to know:

Differentiation:
Implicitly, product rule, quotient rule, chain rule.

Integration:
By parts, by substitutions, certain standard integrals [although depending on the level, not that many] and the fact that f'(x)/f(x) integrates to ln|f(x)|, as well as how to use partial fractions to integrate some rational expressions.

Its always a good idea to brush up on your trignometric identies especially power reduction formulae otherwise you will find integrating cos^2 very difficult indeed.
