I think changing of coach is cosmetic. I t doesnot cure underlying disease. when countries like srilanka, newzealand , southafrica with population less than 2crores are performing well , India is failing becuse of dirty politics from grossroot level. The person selected to play for small town should ome with recommendation of politician.Untill the selection from grossroot level happen genuinely , the fate of India doesnot change.

i tottaly agree with you . its a problem with the infrastructure. by the time a player comes to the international arena he either becomes pressurised to keep his place or his ad-sense takes a build up

No, It wont slove any problem in the Indian cricket team, If India gets the best coach in the world, still our Indian team will be waste cause India is a country of dirty politics and they sure will play a big hand in the Indian cricket team, I can say that India will never win another World Cup in the future. I am damn sure about this , No coach can make India win the World Cup or else they could not beat Australia or big team's like South Africa, Sri Lanka or so on. Indian Cricket Team their fate will never change until the fate our Indian politics changes.

No... Indian team are not playing as a Team. As long as team is divided.. it is....there..., they won't do better even under best coach. The Coach and Captain is suppose to keep them together and to motivate. Coach is just to provide tips and motivation. At this stage, Coach can not teach them .. how to play.

I fully agree with your views. The attitude of the players and their approach to the game also need to be changed for the improvement in performance of Indian team.
