Of course. Avatars too. These are choices. They speak.

I don't necessarily think it shows "who" they are. Some people can't afford the clothes that they like or feel good in. They just have to settle for what they can afford and it may not be something that represents them. It is just what they could buy at that time. So I try not to judge people on their clothing because they may not want to dress a certain way, but that is all their bank account allows for. So I guess you could say it says something about your wealth, but not who you are as a person.

Sometimes, Yes....other times No. You just never know about ppl. Sometimes they have no idea how to dress and other times they just dont have any style. Some ppl need help in this area. Some ppl dont have the money to dress the way theyd like. You cant judge ppl that way though.*

sometimes, but there are so many posers, drug store cowboys wearing boots and wranglers who have never seen a horse much less been a cowboy. white guys running around in baggy jeans and gangsta shirts with do rags who would never tell you the closest they get to the ghetto is going to buy the clothes. It just depends. I wear jeans, t-shirt, and chukkas everyday. can you tell I am a stay at home mom who takes care of animals and builds things all day.

The way a person dresses is a good indication. But the way we dress doesn't really show who we are on the inside.

Well that's an iffy- question... yes and no. Because like the movie "the Pursuit of Happiness" no one knew he was homeless because he always wore a suite and looked nice. But in some cases you see people dressed like slobs and you know that's how they are, sloppy and dirty. It just depends!!!

sure, and its all about the body language after that. However, some dress for shock value like the goths. then we have the piercers and tattoo'rs. Then we have the preppies. It's all about what they want us to think they are rather than what they really are.

I don't think so.........
I wear low-rise jeans and sexy tops and stiletto heels, but I'm not a bimbo or a slut.........I just like to look good
Then again, when the situation calls for it, I wear dress trousers and chaste tops and low heels and tailored jackets........
Hey, I'm 40 and I still look damn good and I'm going to show it off until somebody asks me to stop........ >: )

No, If that were true, I'd be a schitophrenic. I change my style of dress every day. I change outfits like I change my mind

Our choice of clothes reveal our personality but it's still best to talk to the person to know what's in his mind.
