I collected CA unemployment last year after moving with a military spouse to KY. My last paperwork said that if I am still unemployed as of next week ( I am, I live in a SMALL town) that I can file a new claim this year. Has anyone done this? What are the chances of this new claim going through?

There is a very good chance of your claim going through. Most states are allowing the unemployed to get a 3 months and an additional 3 months. then you will need to work 28 or 52 weeks before you can apply for unemployment again.
