If you are looking to open a fast food restaurant that is part of a franchise, most of the franchises will not even consider approving you unless you have 5 years of restaurant management experience.
But here goes:
- deep fryer (usually a double)
- a grill (that the burgers go in raw, slide along a belt, and come out cooked). Cost $100,000
- at least 2 microwaves
- all condiments need holders (bowls with tweezers, spoons)
- a walk in freezer
- a walk in fridge
- soda pop machines
- and much more.......

Just a tip. If you don't already know what type of tools you are going to need for your business, maybe it isn't the right time to open the business. Maybe you should learn how a fast food restaurant works first. Then maybe work in management. If you don't know the most basic thing about food prep, like what tools you need, you are setting down a path to financial ruin if you open that restaurant.
Find something you know.

You have to buy a franchise. Look for franchises online - there is a ton of them. Oh, and you'll also need tons of $$$$$
