i can remember as far back as walking in my walker in the front yard, and crawling out of my crib one night.

I can easily remember age 3. I was reading some words and had very good language skills at that point. I could read most signs because I had asked my mom over and over "what does that say? " lol.
I have a few very fuzzy memories before that, like at my birthday my grandma singing the happy birthday song to me, and I was scared of a clown and cried but I lacked the language skills to articulate why I was upset, and I was trying to tell my mom I didn't like the clown but couldn't figure out how to say it.
I have read so many people swear they can't remember before age 7 and they just don't believe people who do. I find that odd. I can remember everything after 3 very vividly. I still remember the names of the kids I played with at preschool. (perry smith are you still out there?)

I can remember being three and thinking that before I was three I was two. Before I was two, I was one. What was I between the time I was born and my first birthday? That was 1973. I can remember watching the news then and trying to figure out what the big deal was about President Nixon and the tapes.

Until around 2-3, but the memories are fairly fragmentary.
I can also remember being in my cot as a baby (I guess less than one year), but that seems so unbelievable that I wonder if it is actually a recalled dream or a fantasy or something.

I still blow my mom away where I still ask her ?'s about a house we lived in when I was born in.Remember to about 2 1/2-3 years old. I can still visulize the living room back and side yards.
