I'm looking at a new project whereby When workers are expecting a large delivery between 0800 and 1800 instead of them taking time out of work or booking time off work we'll do it for them then charge accordingly. I need help for a proposal for this please

I think you have mis read. Home deliveries like TV, Settee Etc. Not warehouse goods and not fork lift trucks.

Lets see if I've got this right - your (fully insured) 'team' will turn up (with you own trolleys / fork-lift trucks) upload the lorry, check the manifest, unpack the goods, check these into the clients ERP computer system and place the items on the warehouse shelves (in the correct locations) and accept full liability when some-thing gets damaged, lost or miss-laid ?

... and this will be more reliable and cheaper than using the existing warehouse staff because ...... ????

Check the report below ('shrinkage' in the goods delivery business) to see why very few Companies are going to trust you with this .. and why RFID technology is going to mean huge changes in the next few years .
