NFL Football Camp for Jr. High Students...what to expect?

My son will be starting a NFL Football Camp next week for Jr. High school students and wondered if anyone else or you know of anyone else who has been through this camp as to what to expect.

First, alot of excercise. Your son is going to be tired because there will be alot of running. Beyon that it depends if it is a positions camp (teaching specifics about a position) or a general camp (which will teach different aspects of how to play the game).
