20. True 6.3 < .5 so it would revert to 6%
21. 23% 15+35+27=77 so making it a whole or one you need 23% to equal it to 100%
22.12/30=4/10=.40 =40%

20) FALSE because you cannot round off percentages.... you round it of to 2 decimal places like if it had been 6.312 then you can round it to 6.31 but you cannot round 6.3 to 6%.... it changes the whole value of the result......
