Mostly, but there's these weird little green demons that keep tugging on the threads of my fiber until all of a sudden everything starts leaking out!

LOL, yes, and the pain usually starts in my intestines, then gets worse while squeezing that big ol log out once it's ready go;) LOl

i know alot of people that have diarrhea of the mouth and constipation of the brain. i think everyone could use an emotional enema now and then.
