The old professor says: Since this question is being asked in the Earth Sciences and Geology section, I would have to say that someone is going to be given a job by the state busting big rocks into smaller ones (mechanical/physical weathering). Most likely one of the parental units.

The parent can be subpoenaed or a warrant can be issued for the minor who will be arrested and jailed.
