Lol, I'd have to say no. Perhaps if it was just naked people bouncing around, you could call it that, but since it generally involves a sexual state of change (i.e. a man becoming erect), it becomes pornography.

An interesting way to put that.

It is more than just nudity in motion because it involves more that just people without clothes. Sexual acts are heavily depicted in porn.
