First of all, the little bit of an atmosphere that it has(or at least has left) is very thin, therefore your lungs would have to work in overdrive. There is also no water left on Mars. Evidence shows that at one time long ago, there probably existed creeks and waterways in Mars, but they have since dried up. Further evidence shows that perhaps these "waterways" weren't actually filled up with water in the chemical sense of H2O; Mars probably had "water" consisting of methane-based liquid compounds. Although there is a chance that some organisms may be able to survive on that, you as a person sure couldn't! We NEED water to survive.

Also, Mars is a bit colder than Earth. I think the warmest spot on Mars during the daytime reaches a "high" of 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Brrrrr.

Well, the 1st problem would be in getting there. Are you building your own space ship? Then the next problem would be how to survive on the planet once you do get there. That should keep you busy for the next 10 years or so.....

So, enjoy planet earth!
