Nothing cute about cutting the cheese !
You just have to do it when necessary.
Leave the cutesy little patterns to Emeril.

I try to make straight slices but it usually ends up being weird patterns. go figure!

I cut it into chunks. I usually buy Rank Cheese. You know their slogan - "When America cuts the cheese, it's Rank!".
