Nope. Willie Pete has been our friend for about 100 years. Billy Mitchell dropped it on some old German battleships to prove his point to the Navy about the use of airpower. Its just the thing to set off POL. Nope. if sombody were to set off a IED, then they deserve a load of WP dropped on them.

between the catalyst for the Nazis to be presented up on warfare crimes replaced into initiated via the international red go. It replaced into this businesses call for the Nazis to be presented up on warfare crimes and crimes antagonistic to humanity is what all started the Nuremberg trials going. The international red go is doing a similar now with Bush and his administration. So definite, he can, even with what the blind sheep followers on the following will inform you (and mock you on your question).

Why? Did he construct the bombs himself? He must have done that around the time he was causing shark attacks in Florida and Hurricanes on the southern coast

The ones who should be tried for crimes are those who are willing to let America and freedom be destroyed.
May God forgive us for not loving freedom enough.

Let me ask you this. Your a soldier on the ground, and need something to clear out a room. A fragmentation grenade might not do it, so throw a "willy pete" through the window and instant fireball. If that does not kill them, then the fire and smoke will drive them out into allied firing lanes.
White Phosphorous also helps ignite napalm, which is an important part of our fighting systems.
It protects our boys, so I see nothing wrong with it.

As with Rumsfeld, Bush has committed so many "war crimes" that he better lock himself up in Texas when his term ends because the rest of the world will be waiting. Rumsfeld already has charges laid in Germany. And sorry if I spelt Rumsfeld wrong but I have seen Rummy for so long I have forgotten.

The only way it would be a war crime is if it were used on civilians intentionally.
