I've been trying forever to schedule an appointment for my permit test but the phone line is always busy. And i've been trying for WEEKS!!! I'm getting really tired of this and I don't know what to do. Am I calling the wrong number by any chance???????? thanks for ur help.. ☺

It may be necessary for you to make a trip to the DMV and make the appointment in person.
Talk to your classmates and see how they did it. Find out what number they called. See if they had any trouble getting through to the system.

dont know what state u r in but here inVA they answer in 10 secounds...i lost my lic in NY and finally had to go there because they never answer the phone...i tried 50 times over two weeks and finially took a plane to albany ny

Try right at opening time (typically 8 am) on Wednesday.

Go into the offices and tell the receptionist that you want to book a test.
They can't ignore you if you do that.
