You can't.
Your IP address is required by the technology in order to route traffic to you. If you hid or "spoofed" your IP address, the machines that you're connecting to would be unable to return any information to you.

You can't hide your IP on internet.
In fact you SHOULD not do that.
All the computers you connect to through internet know you by your IP, so how can these machines communicate to your machine if they don't know your IP?

You cannot hide the ipaddres because it is the addres used to route the website that you want .so you cannot hide it.
