Bagless upright and I can't wait until it breaks. It sucks. (0kay I know its supposed to do that.) But I hate emptying the canister because I have to do it outside and facing with my back to the wind so the dust doesn't blow all over me.

You might find a used Dyson, or find one on sale - they are WELL worth the price, and I live in a house that could be a test sight for any home appliance. On the other hand, I have also seen at least one Shark at the recyucle shed per week. Not a good sign.
