It's not really fair. It only seems to be less work at the top, yet people at the top have done more work to get there, from higher schooling, to greater personal sacrifices.

Though in the end I do agree that the ones that seem to be the most overworked are people in sweat shops.

Where in the world does that happen? Where I come from you get paid for hard work.

If you are talking about the difference in pay between manual labour and desk jobs; the answer is fairly simple: There are MUCH more people who can do the physical labour than people who can do the desk jobs.
