Ok why doesnt superglue get stuck to the inside of the tube?!

because it is through exposure to the normal atmosphere that cuases it to dry out. the inside is full of fumes given off by the glue which prevent air from entering the tube and drying out said super glue...or something like that

Superglue is no different than any other adhesive product. It needs air to work. It is the drying of the chemicals it contains that cause adhesion and quick/slow drying.
