need to use toner after using BIORE facial wash?

i know olay products doesnt but what about biore?

Toners are great, they help normalize the skins pH, remove excess residue from the cleanser, as well as others.

yes, it helps with Biore to use toner. I have never used the toner, i just use a cream under my make up. then keep my face very clean.
